Many betting sites have some kind of loyalty program, but most run on a confusing points system full of fine print that makes cashback nearly impossible to redeem. At 5pcom, the logic is different: cashback lands directly in your account every Sunday as real money, with no excessive rollover to meet before you can withdraw.
Another key perk is your personal manager, available from Gold level onward. This isn't a bot — it's a real person, with a name, reachable on WhatsApp during peak hours to sort out anything quickly. If a withdrawal is taking too long, if you want to understand a bonus, or if you need a special limit for a big Brasileirão match, your manager handles it.
For live casino players, VIP unlocks access to exclusive tables at the 5pcom with higher limits, a more selective atmosphere, and dealers who know their members by name. That attention to detail makes all the difference for frequent players who want to be treated like a valued customer.
VIP cashback is calculated automatically based on the previous week's wagered volume. It never expires and can be withdrawn via Pix with no hassle.
From Bronze to Diamond, 5pcom has a benefit designed for every step of your journey
Between 2% and 15% of your wagered volume is returned to your account every Sunday. Real money, no hidden conditions.

A common question is: "does playing live casino count toward VIP level progression?" Yes, it does. Any bet placed at the 5pcom — whether on slots, Sports Betting on the Brasileirão, or live roulette tables — every bet builds your volume and brings you closer to the next level.
To speed up progression, one strategy experienced members use is to focus their bets on high-RTP games like live blackjack and baccarat. These games offer a higher return to player, meaning you can build up wagering volume with smaller losses — leveling up faster without putting too much strain on your bankroll.
Another important point: cashback requires no rollover at 5pcom. It lands on Sunday and you can withdraw it straight via Pix if you want — no need to wager it again. That makes a huge difference when you're playing regularly throughout the week.
Diamond members can also negotiate special conditions directly with their VIP manager — such as custom withdrawal limits for major events like the Copa do Brasil or Libertadores finals.
* Figures are illustrative. Actual cashback is calculated on net wagered volume. See Terms and Conditions.

As soon as you complete registration at 5pcom, you're automatically placed at the Bronze level. No extra steps needed — the VIP program starts counting from your very first bet. The 100% welcome bonus on your first Pix deposit is already available to you.

For members who reach Diamond with R$ 50,000.00 wagered, 5pcom offers the most exclusive treatment available: a 24h dedicated manager, unlimited instant withdrawals, special gifts, a private direct line, and in-person event invitations across Brazil.

"I reached Gold after two months playing at 5pcom. The 10% weekly cashback is already great on its own, but what really kept me loyal was the personal manager. I send a message and he replies within minutes — something I never had on any other site."
"I was at Silver and it took me about three live casino weekends to reach Gold. Totally worth it. Withdrawals go through in 15 minutes via Pix and the VIP tables have much higher limits for blackjack. 5pcom really does treat VIP members differently."
"I've been Diamond for four months. The 15% cashback on my wagers every Sunday is real money I can withdraw whenever I want, no strings attached. I received an invitation to a sports event in São Paulo — that part was unexpected and really great. 5pcom genuinely takes care of its members."
